Anyway, you shouldn't compare this movie to either of the above.
Although I haven't seen Yojimbo (pronounced Yo-Jimbo by one of the
characters), but I'm sure it won't be fair to all of them.This movie is an action movie, with Van Damme as the good guy, but it's
not very serious. Sure, there are explosions and guns and kicks and a

Admittedly, the scene where Bud & Doyle inhale laughing gas ala Dennis
Hopper in "Blue Velvet" is the funniest spoof I've ever seen in a movie!!
All in all, this was a fun, feel good movie, and yes, Pauly Shore does get
VERY annoying at times, but hey, this is all just for fun. Shakespeare it
ain't, but if you're in the mood for a fun, feel-good movie to watch on a
lazy weeken...
