I enjoyed this documentary. At the very least this movie raises a lot
of good questions. Some will come at me with the argument that this
film is one sided. It is not raising the question of if Ritalin,
antidepressants and other prescription drugs help people? I'm sure it
is very easy to find a success story. It does however, raise such
questions as are they handed out too...

A really wonderful cast and very talented technical crew wasted their
valuable career time, and our equally valuable leisure time, by
bothering to support this utterly predictable and plainly formulaic
piece of commercial junk. The movie is based upon a really good and
very topical idea but both the producers and the director simply
applied the standard Hollywood 'disaster ...

I'd really love to hear a "Mission Statement" from the producers of
this latest batch of Poirot episodes (and the Marples for that matter).
I would have given them the benefit of the doubt if Taken At The Flood
had been done right, but the changes made make the films utterly
pointless. I was disappointed too by Cards On The Table as it started
so well, and the character of Mrs ...

Well, I've seen it twice now. I'm sure that says something. The one
thing
that I told myself as I went into the theater was "This isn't the game".
Too many people were expecting Mark Hammil, or Biff from Back to the
Future,
and were miffed that the movie didn't include them, or anyone that looked
like them. So far, I haven't heard anyone say complain that Val Kilmer or

I went into A Perfect Murder expecting to enjoy it, but I recognised
the fact that I wouldn't be in for a great film. To be honest, I love
thrillers like this as they offer a solid two hours (or so) of non-too
taxing entertainment, and what's not to like about that? A Perfect
Murder is an update of the Hitchcock classic 'Dial M For Murder', and
while the film doesn't touch Hitc...

You will fall in love with Harry and wish that Bigfoot / Sasquatch was
real.
A funny, endearing movie! There are several messages along the way: 1)
Some humans are more beastly than animals; 2) Forgiveness is a powerful
healer; and 3) Protect the wilderness, for it contains many wonderful
things
that are not always apparent to us. This movie is a family
favorite!...

I'll take my Ustinov as Poirot however I can get him.I happen to like Thirteen at Dinner. It's one of the smaller films as
it was made for TV. You certainly can't compare it to the lavish
"Murder on the Orient Express." And I frankly like it better than
"Murder in Three Acts." I always love Ustinov as Poirot. One of the
other comments said these characters are never how you picture...

After I first saw this, I thought, "Wow, this is the most spectacular
movie, visually-speaking, I've ever seen." Since that time, I've seen
some that topped it but it still ranks as one of the best in that
department. I'm just disgusted the long-awaited DVD was so poorly done,
the quality of this transfer hardly better than the VHS tape. The jungle scenes are filmed in Cameroon, and...

This film shows us why derek jacobi is one of the greatest actors living.
only he can turn a villian into the most sympathetic character in a film.
his claude frollo bristles with lust, simmers with hate and all the while he
feels tortured and guilty. still he can't resist his urges. he loves
quasimodo but loves his own carnal pursuits more. this is indeed a tragic
figure. Hopk...
