Overall, I was impressed by a number of things. Good casting, pretty good
writing, some fine acting from Fenn, Roberts and Stockwell. The lead MIB
was well done indeed! Really captures the heart of MIB lore - these folks
really did their research (a rarity with these kinds of films, as you
know).
It's just too bad that this kind of film doesent deserve a larger budget.

1995
Genres: Western

Starring: Tom Berenger, James Coburn, Fay Masterson, Kevin Tighe, Jeffrey Jones, ...

If you like horses, Westerns, beautiful scenery & a story filled with
intrigue, you should like this film. Co-produced by Tom Berenger (First
Corp. Productions) he also stars in this exciting movie made for TNT
television. Working along with famed Charlton Heston & James Coburn, Tom's
in good company. He shoots, rides & roughs it nicely. You may not be particularly interested in the...
1995
Genres: Thriller    Drama

Starring: Scott Plank, Anna Gunn, Andrew Prine, Angelina Jolie, Paul Perri, ...

This had jolie on the front cover (it appears as if she is the main
character) so I thought great this should be good. What a joke she is in
about 3 scenes. The movie was appalling. It had no plot, just seemed to
move
from scene to scene with parts missing, and to top it all of did not seem
to
end. I know not all movies have to have endings but this just seemed to
cut

1984
Genres: Crime    Thriller

Starring: Sybil Danning, Eric Brown, Andrew Prine, Paul Clemens, K.T. Stevens, ...

But it's so bad, it's entertaining.Sybil Danning plays an English professor who seduces dumb schmuck
student Eric Brown (he has to rank as one of the luckiest guys of the
1980's - first "Private Lessons", now this) into helping her and her
jerk husband (Andrew Prine) with a scheme to get their hands on the
husbands' family fortune. Little does everybody know that so...
1982
Genres: Drama    Horror    Thriller

Starring: James Olson, Burt Young, Rutanya Alda, Jack Magner, Andrew Prine, ...

I liked "The Possession" more than the original. Part one was so phony
that
it was even comical in parts (not to mention the over-acting). Part two
contains more real life horrors such as incest, child abuse, domestic
violence and mental illness. Yes, it is loosely based on the DeFeo case.
However, I believe the director avoided direct links to the incident
because
of p...
1976
Genres: Drama    Horror    Thriller    Mystery    Crime

Starring: Ben Johnson, Andrew Prine, Dawn Wells, Jimmy Clem, Jim Citty, ...

Well I have to say that this movie is excellent. I was lucky to have my
father be in this movie. I grew up in Atlanta,TX and moved from there in
1995. If you ever see the heavy set taxi driver, thats him, the officer at
the police station dressed as a woman with the cigar, that was also him. My
father did stunt driving and rebuilt the autos in the movie. You will be
suprised wh...
1973
Genres: Horror

Starring: Andrew Prine, Patty Shepard, Mark Damon, Frank Braña, Ihsan Gedik, ...

DVD title: Young Hannah, Queen of the Vampires. An archaeologist (Andrew Prine) visits Vampire Island to bury his
father, who has died under mysterious circumstances. He ignores the
warnings of a schoolteacher (Patty Shepard) and, prodded by an
historical novelist (Mark Damon), he opens the tomb of the 13th-Century
vampire Queen Hannah (Teresa Gimpera). This routine but decent litt...
1971
Genres: Horror

Starring: Allyson Ames, Sharon Berryhill, Jerry Brooke, Norman Burton, Angus Duncan, ...

Prine, always a welcome face in B movies, has the lead in this, one of the
wackiest, most 'out-there' films of the early 70s. Simon is a 'magician' who
lives in a rain gutter and wows audiences with his mystical talents. He
falls for the daughter of a city official and trouble ensues. Big trouble-
for everyone.
This is a trippy little 'turned-on' freakfest, filled with weird c...

As an ex member of the Canadian Forces, I feel I lucked out when I found
out
one of my new neighbours is Ray Burton 'first Sergeant, first
company,first
regiment of the F.S.S.F.' He joined from Camp Borden just outside Barrie
Ont. and went direct to Helena Montana. He has told me pretty much the
whole
story of what he went through and what the 'Devil's Brigade' did. (I h...

With two terrific leading performances, an absorbing and
thought-provoking story, and many well-conceived touches by Arthur Penn
and his production team, this classic version of "The Miracle Worker"
is an exceptional movie that appeals to the imagination and that has
much to say about humanity. The story itself is so good that even the
lesser remakes have been worth seeing, but...
