I am sorry, but this movie is the worst fantasy film ever made. The
acting was horrible and the story was so poor that no wonder the dialog
was pure torture. I was expecting to be at the least, entertained, and
at the most, to be involved. I was neither. The characters were not
believable, nor was the plot. Teens will find this laughable. Even
young children will be bored. It i...

Spy School is a really good movie. Although it doesn't share the
science fiction special effects of Spy Kids, it has a similar appeal.
The camera work and the lighting are excellent. The plot is not
predictable; there is actually a mystery going on here that kids and
adults will enjoy. The kid actors are wonderful. There's even some cool
music, including two renditions ...

I've literally joined this site to comment on this film. I love films
but i'm no film buff and prefer to enjoy a film rather than analyse it.
That being said, i'm picky about what films i like. The other reviews were bang on; this film is simple. It is also
absolutely brilliant. Just as Games with the best graphics aren't
always the most playable, while the old ones ...

What a crock of crap this movie was ! If I were to sit here and list
all of the inconsistencies in this movie it would take up dozens of
typed pages... Just to name a few though... Do you really think that in
the wake of the blunders made at Waco that the FBI agent would have
been given the OK to "go in" and take out the bad guys with a simple
request and OK over the phone ? An...

I saw this on HBO lateish last night and should have gone to bed with
an early start today, but I stayed up with my girlfriend to watch it
all the way through. Glad I did.Films always have something they're trying to achieve. This film's
there to make you laugh, particularly if you're sub-30 and probably
sub-20 and for that it's great. It's not meant to be deep ...

"Dennis the Menace" is unique in its own way because it's observant. This
movie made me laugh at stuff i've always laughed at and things i'd never
thought I would laugh at. The film can be surprisingly innocent at times
and sincere and heartwarming. And the kid who plays Dennis is a way better
actor than Macaulay Culkin. I liked the film for its imagination and
humor. A go...

I liked this film version of the television show because it makes me
laugh on a rainy day or when I am having a bad day. The casting is
excellent. I feel that Jim Varney plays an excellent Jed Clampett. I
wish there was a sequel when he was still alive. Sadly, he's gone. I
think we saw him apart from his Ernest character a lot more in Jed. He
seem to feel right at home in this ...

As a huge BTTF fan, I have to admit that this is the best BTTF flick
ever made. It has all the ingredients to please all audience of any
age. I personally like the 50's stuff in it, but I am also a huge 80's
fan (the present in the movie) and the future is just hilarious. Of
course...it has been almost two decades since this movie came out, and
now we know that the future that ...

It's refreshing to have a movie about teens in love that doesn't rely
upon sex to gain the viewer's interest. I love this movie, have
probably seen it a a few dozen times, especially in the original,
unedited version (that wasn't shortened to fit into a two-hour TV
time-slot). It's a classic story, but told from a timeless
perspective---the movie first ran in 1987, yet there's ...

It's Fun. It's as simple as that. The premise is not actually to far
fetched. Who hasn't thought about going into space? And in this the kids get
to do it. There are a few "you did it because you're a team" slushy American
moments but otherwise it's a great harmless rainy day movie.

Considered one of the most notorious box-office flops in history (next to
the 'Road to Morocco'-ripoff 'Ishtar' with Dustin Hoffman and Warren
Beatty
the following year), 'Howard the Duck' became the laughing stock of
critics
and movie-goers alike when it was released in theaters in 1986. If its
executive producer, George Lucas, had his way, he would have canned that

Back To The Future is such an inventive and exciting piece of filmmaking
that it is impossible to forget about it. The casting of every character
involved was absolutely perfect, and the performances were spectacular. I
first saw this film when I was six years old, and it is the only movie that
I know of that I don't think I could ever get sick of.One of the best things about Back ...

Reading previous commentary, I'm amused by the violent reaction this
movie still elicits. The ranting of previous reviewers indicates the
movie touched a nerve. I have seen really, really bad movies and Red
Dawn is certainly not as bad as the ratings it has received here.As is so often the case, many previous reviewers are criticizing the
film because its premise conflicts with the...
