even going to go. I wasn't expecting much from it, it just looked like
another rip off of a hundred other...

I saw this movie and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect a
"B-rate" movie to capture and keep my attention the way this one did. I
happened to be skipping through channels when I saw the uniforms and
cavalry and before I knew it, I had seen the whole movie. It's a good
story about how a small group of soldiers went against the grain during
a rough period in our country's ...

I really enjoy this movie every time I watch it. I think everything in
Tyson is just right. The actors are perfect, the music is perfect, the
script is perfect, and the boxing scenes are perfect. I really liked
how this movie starts out with Tyson as a young hood and shows him
become a champion. I liked the scenes with Tyson and Cus D'Amato. I
don't think they could'...

It's odd to like an original film and then like the re-make equally so,
if not more, but that's the case with this film. I have viewed both
versions of this film at least three times apiece and thoroughly enjoy
both. Almost 55 years ago, this was a film noir called "The Narrow Margin"
and in 1990, this re-make took off the "The" on the title. However, as
is sometimes the case w...
