well... i could not fathom.. for one.. how this movie would score so
low out of ten.. the movie has many points where it hits right on the
humor note. i especially liked the the idea of putting a mole on Robert
de niro's character... to make him look more life like(like de niro)...
it might be that younger kids may miss out on most of the jokes and
puns in this movie.. but...

Eight Legged Freaks (2002) is
a surprisingly good movie. Basically the story of toxic-waste mutated
spiders attacking an isolated desert town, this could have seriously
sucked,
but the film has a sense of humor about it. In a way, it reminds me of
Gremlins and Tremors, two monster movies that also had a really nasty

I guess there are two ways to make a movie with kids as the intended
audience. You can either say to yourself a) "Let's make a movie that kids

team. It is inspired by it, but this is not a documentary. Still, despite
that, it does capture the spirit of the team and the derision they faced.
In a fun and entertaining way, the filmmakers displayed the true lesson of
the team: if you have a dream, go after it, no matter what anyone else
says....

This was a surprisingly entertaining B-type film with a lot of good
lines by "Dr. Giggles" (Larry Drake). "Dr. Giggles" is a mad doctor who
has this high-pitched giggle when he kills people, which is frequently. It sounds hokey, and it is, but it's done with great tongue-in-cheek
humor. Actually, that's what I think this is: a takeoff on grisly
horror movies. Drake's Ine...
