An actually fun and good movie
This movie was actually really good, i was shocked by how good it was,
and strangely I'm proud to give it a 8.4. Okay well my friend who likes this gave it to me to watch, well immediately i was not into it at all.I was not into this probably because this has been hailed as like the mother of all chick flicks and being a guy that didn't appeal to me in the slightest.Well after i was done watching this, i realized i was wrong, for i found it to be really good.Everyone was really professional and nobody was stereotypical at all, from Daryl Hannah,Dolly Parton,Julia Roberts,and even Sally Feild were all great. Overall this movie is worth watching, but it may not appeal to everyone, then again it didn't appeal to me either so anyone might like this. 8.4 out of 10 stars. phamus watch Braveheart movie

A beautiful celebration of friendship
This film is about the friendship of a group of middle aged women in a
small town in Louisiana. An all female leading cast with lots of gossips usually means terrible boredom, but "Steel Magnolias" is a nice surprise that engages me throughout. Despite all the gossips, fights and even hurtful exchange of words, it can be seen that they have friendship as strong as steel. This celebration of extraordinary bond is delightful to watch, and is almost inspirational to the modern world where people do not really talk to each other anymore. The plot also reminds us that there is something beautiful even in the most tragic circumstances.. |
