Unexpected
Saw this at a local film festival.
Wow... totally unexpected. Very funny social critic at first; then, takes a wild turn, becoming more a tension movie; keeping you on the edge of your seat. Well acted; believable effects and overall entertaining. But don't watch if you are repulsed by random violence and psychotic behaviors. Applauded by the crowd at the end of the representation. It was a sci-fi/horror/anime fan crowd; but we liked it!. peta2011 watch You Can't Stop The Murders movie

The office meets tales from the crypt
To the average movie lover this movie might score this a 6 and on a
good day 7, but to me a true horror fan it gets a 10/10 (Im sure some true horror fans could even find ways to hate this). Its very creative and original. Its fun and has great comedic scenes, not in the way where its so lame you have to laugh because the acting is terrible or predictable (believe it or not it isn't that predictable) or anything like that. I mean think about trying to lug around a sex doll in an apartment with a bunch of quirky neighbors watching... The movie had a really good flow to it, and a good build up as well as climax (pun intended come on its a sex doll). This movie is great to get a bunch of friends to have a beer and laugh and also enjoy. Or its creepy enough to watch it alone at night. It is really atmospheric. All in all I wish there were more horror movies like this one!. |
